First Aid with CPR and AED Class Registration

Please Register for the CPR Class Using The Online Registration Form. *$60.00 CPR Payment will be accepted by Check The Day Of Class, Credit Card Over The Phone, or at the District Office, 2227 E. Frontage Road, Tubac, AZ 85646.

This class is limited to 8 participants and is filled on a first come first serviced basis. In the event there are more than 8 registered we will notify the participants of the next class date. Each participant must fill out individual registration forms.
